One of the most fun personal projects I worked on this year was a calendar to benefit the Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter. Each month I brought a shelter pet (or sometimes a few!) to the studio for a special portrait session.  For many of these animals, the additional publicity and photos helped to get them their forever home, which is the most rewarding part of photographing shelter animals. The special images I created this year have been compiled to create a beautiful calendar for 2018.  The calendar is available to pre-order now on the FFCAS website.  100% of the proceeds go to the Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter . The calendar would make a great gift for any animal lover!
